He has been involved with financial sector for over 26 years and has a broad experience in Microfinance, Fund Management, Investment Banking, Investment Research and Business Development. Prior to joining BOP, he served FINCA Bank for almost a year as Acting President/CEO and Independent Director for four years. He served for 10 years in investment management side as CEO of HBL Asset Management and ABL Asset Management. He has also worked for MCB Bank, initially as Head of Investment Banking Group and later as the CEO of MCB Asset Management. Mr. Farid has extensive experience outside Pakistan, having worked at global firms like Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and Credit Lyonnais Securities ,on senior positions in UK, Singapore, Turkey and Malaysia
He holds an MBA in Finance from Institute of Business Administration, Karachi and completed his CFA qualification in 1998.

Mr. Ahmad Mansoor brings along 27 years of extensive experience, having worked across various Financial Institutions such as Citi Bank (N.A), MCB Bank Ltd, Habib Bank Ltd, Allied Bank Limited and State Bank of Pakistan. He held the position of Senior Joint Director at the State Bank of Pakistan for a duration of three years. He also served as Group Head for Credit Risk Review and Special Assets Management at Allied Bank Limited. Prior to joining The Bank of Punjab, he held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Allied Bank Ltd.
He is a graduate of Punjab University Lahore, holding degrees in M.Com and LLB; additionally he has certifications of CA(Foundation) from ICAP and Diploma in Banking and Islamic Banking Diploma from NIBAF Pakistan.
